For those of you that have wanted your child to Cheer at CCU and cannot take the time to drive to Little Rock or cannot afford the expense, here is the next best things!! 

Maxee has cheered for CCU (Cheer City United) on their Large Coed Elite Squad (the best and most advanced squad in Arkansas) since they were formed in 2004.  Prior to that she cheered for Cheer Central Braves (National and Grand National Champions many years in a row) on their Large Coed Elite Squad for 5 years.  From this background, Maxee has developed skill that will be very beneficial to you cheerleader. 

Maxee loves this sport and will transfer this love to any cheerleader she works with.  She has commitment to cheerleading as a sport as strong or stronger than most football and basketball players have for their sport

.Maxee brings a great heart, love for cheerleading, commitment to her cheerleaders and commitment to the sport to Cheer Zone. 

Marlene has many years of experience in competitive cheerleading.  She competed at the national level in high school, where she developed the desire to coach.  Right after graduation, she took on a competitive junior high school squad where she developed the skills necessary to work with young children, parents and colleagues.  She also coached a champion Senior Coed squad for two years, a Tiny exhibition squad for two years and has been coaching champion squads at Cheer Zone for two years.  Marlene has experience in directing gymnastics and fundamentals classes as well as experience with choreography.  

 Marlene is a High School Spanish Distance Learning teacher and continues to develop the skills that are necessary to push children to their ultimate potential. She graduated with a Bachelor?s Degree from Henderson State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching Degree.  She believes that cheerleading is the only sport in the world that promotes discipline, fairness, teamwork, commitment, excellence, fitness and life-long friendships.  Marlene also believes that competitive cheerleading is a blast and there is nothing like being out on the competition floor.  She is proud to be a part of the Cheer Zone team.
